Implementation of the artisanal cooperative through its legalization and obtaining all necessary documents (RCCM, Tax ID, national identification, notarization of statutes and internal regulations of the artisanal cooperative GIE). The artisanal cooperative GIE is already operational. It includes sectors such as jewelry, leather goods, carpentry, tailoring, and embroidery. The jewelry sector is already very operational and manufactures jewelry through stone cutting, faceted stones, beadwork, metalworking, and jewelry making. The jewelry sector is well-equipped and functional.
Furthermore, members of the artisanal cooperative have received capacity building through ANADEC in the following areas: entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, market analysis, and marketing.

To uccessfully establish 5 socio-economic development cooperatives (Coffee, Juice, Bioethanol, Agro-pastoral, Artisanal), and a platform for the professionalization and consolidation of actions undertaken by the Panzi Foundation under its Socio-Economic Reintegration pillar.
Proceed with the legalization of the three networks of solidarity mutuals for the socio-economic empowerment of women who are members of these solidarity mutuals.
Produce efficient tools, legal documents, and Business Plans to enable the cooperatives and established REMUSO (Mutual Support Networks) to achieve better socio-economic growth for their members.
Ensure effective and efficient monitoring of the actions carried out by the established structures so that the impacts are tangible, and self-financing of the Foundation is promoted.
